Spectrum Buddy respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data within the Spectrum Buddy mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

Account Data: Name (if provided) to manage your account.

App Content: Task data, emergency contact details, and trigger tracking information. This data is stored locally on your device.

Subscription Data: We use RevenueCat and Apple In-App Purchases to manage subscriptions. We do not store your credit card information.

3. How We Use Information

To provide the app’s Safety & Communication Layer features, validate subscriptions, and provide customer support.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We only share information with third-party services necessary for app functionality such as Apple and RevenueCat.

5. Your Rights & Data Retention

You may view, edit, or delete your data within the app settings. If you delete your account, all associated personal data will be removed within 30 days.
